Job description
A leading and reputable automotive Retail group has a unique opportunity for a dedicated, high-calibre Dealership Accountant to be instrumental in the continued success and growth of one of their prestige dealerships. As a key member of the dealerships team, you will be responsible for managing the accounting function, adding value and managerial support to the dealership. You will work with the dealership management to improve the performance of the dealership, ensuring the company's assets are physically validated on a regular basis and ensuring satisfactory controls are maintained in all processes by monitoring and supporting these processes. You will also be responsible for ensuring all accounting and reporting deadlines are adhered to and will produce timely and accurate financial information in accordance with stated policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have experience of working for a dealership, with a working knowledge of Kerridge, with the ability to provide a full set of monthly management accounts UN aided, as well as excellent communication skills.
