Job description
A Decision Support Analyst is required by this FMCG group based near Hayes, Middlesex. As the Decision Support Analyst you will find yourself reporting to the Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis Director and working alongside the Sales and Marketing teams. The key responsibility of the Decision Support Analyst is to provide commercial assistance to the Sales and Marketing teams on the key drivers of brand performance to create sustainable, profitable and competitive product propositions for a number of key brands including the understanding and analysis and communication of key investment drivers. As the Decision Support Analyst key tasks will include promotional spend efficiency studies, creation of Brand KPIs and balanced scorecard studies including the understanding and interpretation of external research data. You will also be involved in the annual budget, strategic business plans and regular re-forecasting updates. The ideal Decision Support Analyst will hail from an FMCG background have advanced modelling, Excel and financial analysis skills, be able to identify with a brand and in return will receive a salary of up to £75k (includes car allowance) plus bonus plus excellent other benefits.
