Job description

This high profile, listed, dynamic and Creative Media Publishing business is looking for a talented finance professional to assume a broad, business-facing, Senior Management position. Reporting to the UK FD and owning the FP&A and management accounting processes through 6 direct reports, you will work closely with the non-finance Senior Management team (Sales Directors, MD) and the wider business to improve the quality of management information and aid decision-making through business partnering. You will also manage, motivate and develop a fairly large team (20), so you will be a natural leader with good people management experience, as well as have a deep grounding in financial analysis and ‘big company’ processes. You will be a qualified Accountant with an excellent track record of academic and professional accomplishment, but most importantly you will possess strong communication skills and excellent business acumen. There are short term progression opportunities for the successful candidate as the business has an enviable track record of promoting at this level.
