Job description
Our client, a world-renowned Software business, seeks an outstanding Director of FP&A for its European operations. The successful candidate will oversee the entire function for all divisions, managing the development of the annual plan and focussing on costs and sales. Reporting directly to the CFO, they will assess and improve the function infrastructure and processes, facilitating high quality business plan creation, including thorough risk assessments taking into account all core and peripheral performance indicators. There will be a requirement to support the controls team, ensuring information relating to resources management is properly communicated and utilised. Crucially, the candidate will be the key contact for all matters relating to forecast cycles and monthly and quarterly closes. The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant from a leading practice or blue chip business, ideally with a degree from a prestigious university. They will have extensive, demonstrable commercial experience in a household name business, including strong leadership abilities.
