Job description

A leading FTSE 250 Business Services organisation based in Berkshire is looking to add to its Divisional Finance team. This is a newly created role that will work to support the International Business with creating and implementing financial plans and projects to support the divisional strategies and ensure performance is achieved. The aspects of the role will involve: supporting the delivery and analysis of all the relevant management information for the division including KPI reporting to evaluate, develop and spot trends across countries; to support and advise the business and counties with the overall divisional strategy to drive performance and profitability; assist in the development of business and financial systems to increase group and divisional efficiency. The ideal candidate will be an ACA or CIMA qualified with PQE experience from an international finance background, ideally within the business services sector. You will have an excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management and presentation skill-set. Fluency in a second language would be advantageous but not essential. Travel to Europe would be required for this role. Competitive salary offered including car allowance, private medical and bonus based on company and personal performance.
