Job description

Our client is one of the largest and most commercial global charities. Headquartered in the UK, it strives for better treatment, better information and ultimately a cure to a disease which affects millions. This position, working closely with the charity’s Finance Director, is an opportunity to have an immediate impact on their fundraising division through developing and improving short term financial operations and strategy. Your role will involve delivering first class commercial financial and management information to Senior Managers, acting as a Business Partner to non-finance Directors, evaluating financial projects including business planning/operational review and leading a team of 6 direct reports. Our client requires a talented and intelligent commercial sector Head of Finance or Finance Director who can demonstrate real success in large complex businesses. A qualified Accountant who is more skilled with financial management than control, you will demonstrate personality, energy, initiative and the ability to ‘hit the ground running’ and deliver quickly.
