Job description
A large Communications business requires a Divisional Finance Director to proactively lead a team to challenge and support, through financial and commercial analysis and insight, the Commercial and Sales Senior Management teams to drive outstanding business performance in terms of revenue growth and to ensure a robust controls environment. Responsibilities include: provide relevant, reliable and timely financial information and analysis to the Management teams; deliver financial and commercial analysis to pricing decisions across the business; ensure cash is collected on a timely basis and the credit policy is applied across the organisation; implement an efficient and effective systems solution for revenue reporting to increase revenue assurance; manage the relationship with the SSC, defining the SLA, ensuring the continued delivery of operation billing targets, driving continuous improvement throughout; create a robust control environment across the division that is compliant with policy and procedure and that is Sarbanes-Oxley compliant; manage the budgeting and forecasting process so that change can be anticipated and product lines & customer revenue managed in the most effective way. You will have the gravitas to lead and develop the team and to provide strategic direction to the business. Your experience will have been gained within large complex organisations and you will have a strong record of achievement, both academically and in your career.
