Job description

This is a highly commercial finance role within a fast moving and growing division of a large Advertising group. Working in partnership with the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be instrumental in running the business and leading a key period of organic and inorganic growth. Responsibilities: to lead commercial decision-making on client accounts, fee and procurement negotiations and top line fee income; to drive expansion plans and develop a strong operational focus and reputation developing new business opportunities and ventures; to build strong and effective relationships across Division and Group ensuring ‘buy in’ across the business; to analytically assess the business identifying and solving problems, implementing improvements and focussing on revenue ratios and income Collaborative; to work well within the Group structure involving colleagues and peers in decision-making and problem solving. The person: Big 4 qualified ACA with extensive commercial exposure including client facing experience and fee negotiation preferably with the Marketing Services sector; skilled in managing growth and inspiring respect, ability to influence peers and colleagues is essential; tenacious with a strong entrepreneurial spirit combined with the ability to build strong relationships; excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to lead operational and client facing projects; experienced Manager - willing and able to develop team members.
