Job description
A global blue chip market-leading organisation has a brand synonymous with changing the way we communicate, work, play and live our lives. Due to an internal promotion they are now seeking an ambitious Finance Director for a high profile, stand-alone, consumer centric business unit. You will: create and roll out the 5 year business plan as the business seeks to achieve stretching growth plans; have full end to end ownership of the P&L, cash flow and balance sheet management; drive commercial decision-making through effective business planning, forecasting and insightful analysis. Other responsibilities include: commercial lead on major projects across the business, working closely with the CEO and group; commercial pricing and planning including product pricing, strategic modelling, business case preparation, Capex and OPEX cost control; to lead, coach and develop a team of circa 15. A qualified Accountant with a demonstrable track record of delivery and achievement, you will have driven strategic growth within a dynamic and fast-paced business. A genuine high achiever, you will boast natural commercial insight, impeccable influencing skills have had P&L ownership and have the emotional intelligence and common sense to thrive in this autonomous and high profile Divisional Finance Director position.
