UK's largest service based provider in their sector and PLC requires a key member of finance to operate at senior level and drive change within their division. This is an opportunity to join a division with aggressive growth plans that will require input from this placement to provide strategic direction whilst constantly seeking opportunity to develop commercial aspects of the role. You will lead on gathering financial information including compliance, management and statutory information. More than just reporting, your role will require the work round the integration of acquisitions and a demand for the need to improve the control environment to generate cash flow/income stream. Due to the nature of the role, strong communication skills are a must as in order to succeed and develop commercial awareness you will liaise with contacts throughout the business both internally and externally.
