Job description
A global consultancy with an established client list is expanding its practice and is looking to recruit a vast number of Oracle HRMS and PeopleSoft HCM specialists for positions ranging from Consultant to Project Manager. In this role you will work with the world’s leading multinational corporations, support transformational work and deliver complex systems to the client. You will be responsible for design and full life cycle implementation of Oracle HRMS and PeopleSoft HCM solutions. You will be part of a highly skilled specialist team within a wide group of systems change professionals. The successful candidate will have significant experience with at least 2 PeopleSoft HCM or Oracle HRMS modules. Preferably you will have at least one full life cycle hands-on implementation experience or excellent developer skills. Previous consulting experience would be an advantage. You will be a presentable and excellent communicator who is looking to progress your career at a fast pace. Knowledge of Oracle ERP, workflow, SQL or Toad would be an advantage. An opportunity to: obtain experience in latest versions of Oracle HRMS and PeopleSoft HCM tools; receive cross training into other Oracle applications (Hyperion, OBIEE, Oracle ERP); work alongside excellent technical and functional experts; work in a flexible working location; be part of a growing department. Skills: Oracle HRMS or PeopleSoft HCM.
