Job description
A leading international branded organisation requires a Sales Analyst to support the Business Unit Manager in driving sales effectiveness though analysis and planning of pricing, CRM activity and market competitiveness. Reporting to EMEA UK & Nordics Business Unit Manager you will create sales tracking tools to monitor customer and product pricing, margin and key account activity by territory, region and market. This role will expand throughout Germany and other parts of Europe so it is an excellent opportunity to grow the role and have a wider impact on the business. Key duties of the role will include: internal reporting and analysis of external market intelligence reports and territory feedback through CRM; tracking matrix pricing and profitability by product; key account profit and loss development. You will also develop standardised weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to aid Business Unit Manager and Marketing to analyse and manage local strategy and share best practice with Sales Analysts in other markets to define a common approach to this new role. The ideal candidate will have a track record of business and customer analysis and experience of CRM management. You will also possess expertise in Excel, Access and bespoke software packages such as Cognos and CRM.
