Job description
This is an exceptional opportunity for a Chartered Accountant to join a leading FTSE 250 Oil & Gas business. With operations worldwide, it’s a business with huge potential as they embrace a buy and build strategy. As a Group Accountant, the role will be technically challenging and varied, assuming responsibility for: the production of the group's statutory reports under IFRS; working with other team members to prepare the monthly consolidation for internal management reporting; providing accounting advise in relation to IFRS developments; assisting with corporate transactions and improvement of internal controls. The role requires a talented CA with excellent consolidation and analytical skills. The person will have a general affinity for technical tasks with wide exposure to PLC reporting environments.
