Field Financial Support Director for Europe
Alexander Proudfoot is an internationally recognised Consulting firm which delivers measurable and sustainable financial benefits to its clients by developing and installing processes and programmes to rapidly improve clients’ operations.
We are looking to expand our group of specialists within our Operations team in Europe. Currently we are seeking a Field Financial Support Director. This position requires working in the field with our project management and with our clients to provide the design, implementation and sustainability of improved performance metrics.
These solutions are customised to our client workplace, designed specifically for the client needs at hand. Accuracy of work will be of the utmost importance and the ability to deal with the client at CEO and CFO level is an essential part of the job.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for candidates who have some or all of the following:
- A degree specialising in: Business Administration, Economics/Finance or a MBA.
- Demonstrate a significant experience in operational management/financial controlling, with detailed understanding of balance sheets and P&L.
- Demonstrate proven experience in developing and implementing performance evaluations which are linked to client P&L.
- Show capability in presenting data and performance evaluations to various levels of management, including at CEO & CFO levels.
- Provide training to colleagues and to client employees in performing various aspects of the Financial function.
- Act as ‘subject matter expert’ on financial topics.
Specialist sectors may include manufacturing, retail, sales, mining, Financial Services.
Relocation is not required, however candidates must live within a close proximity to a major airport.
Requires 100% travel during the week.
We are currently seeking individuals who speak English and at least one of these two languages fluently: French and/or German.
