Job description

Exclusive to Martin Ward Anderson, our client is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their Daventry based team. The Financial Analyst will be part of a team of 5 other Analysts responsible for the provision of expert advise to the Directors and their teams. You will be expected to play a key role in the financial management of the business units and challenge inefficiency and practices which impact negatively on the profitability of the business. Key accountabilities will include detailed trend and risk analysis, understanding key drivers of performance, impact analysis, root cause analysis and delivery of accurate forecasts. This is a broad and varied role which will require strong business partnering skill as it will interact with people ac cross the business not just within finance. The ideal candidate will be part-qualified and studying ACCA/CIMA, have strong communication skills, strong analytical skills, be self motivated and have proven ability of delivering meaningful analysis on business performance. Note: the client will be conducting interviews from our offices in Central Milton Keynes on Thursday December 4th, all applications must be fully completed by November 28th.
