Financial Analyst – Property & Development
£Competitive
Coventry
Lloyds pharmacy is the UK’s largest community Pharmacy group. We're an ambitious business, one that aims to be a great healthcare brand, and you’ll come in to provide the kind of financial expertise that will help support the way we change and grow.
The role
This is a key role in the Decision Support team, providing analysis to ensure that annual property and development objectives are achieved. In addition to budgeting and forecasting analysis, including compiling the monthly KPI presentation pack, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in a wide variety of other work, such as undertaking due diligence on potential acquisitions or reviewing project proposals and making key judgements on them prior to submission to the board. The insightful analysis you provide will be fundamental to successful business development.
About you
As well as being a credible, commercially focused qualified Accountant, you’ll have plenty of commercial experience and the ability to work cross-functionally. Ideally, that will include experience of budgeting and forecasting in key areas such as capital expenditure and empty property costs. You’ll have outstanding analytical and spreadsheet skills, and be the kind of person who works quickly and to a high degree of accuracy. You’ll also have the confidence and ability to connect with a wide range of people, articulate your message clearly and call for change where it makes commercial sense.
About us
With over 1,700 pharmacies nationwide, Lloyds pharmacy is the largest Community Pharmacy group in the UK. We’re already well known for our innovative approach to healthcare, and our vision is to grow from a good pharmacy business to a great healthcare brand. By ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do, we aim to be acknowledged by our customers, employees, suppliers and the NHS as the UK’s leading pharmacy multiple in the provision of healthcare – and related products and services – to the community. This is your chance to get involved with a forward-thinking brand, and to really make a difference.
Benefits
In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary package dependent on experience as well as a car or car allowance. Other benefits include private medical insurance, pension, life assurance, 25 days’ holiday childcare vouchers and staff discounts.
