Because the team is small (4 staff) there will be opportunities to become involved in a wide range of work. You will be a highly numerate and confident individual, comfortable dealing with staff, suppliers and customers and with strong communication and IT skills, including Excel. With an accounts experience, you would have run a purchase ledger before and be well versed in bank reconciliations, and your basic financial accounting skills will be good.
