Job description
My client, a leading Financial Services organisation, is looking to recruit a Finance Business Analyst to assist with this large transformation initiative. Working with senior finance stakeholders the successful applicant will be accountable for mapping and documenting actuarial ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes in preparation for the overall systems change. The successful incumbent will be responsible for multiple streams of process change activities including planning, process design/re-design, process mapping, finance change, leading workshops and delivering progress reporting as well as providing regular updates to the Programme Manager. Candidates must have an extensive background in business analysis specific to finance and process change ideally within a life and pensions insurance environment. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise and influence key stakeholders.
