Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen within this Global Wealth Management organisation for a Finance Business Partner to join the Product and Propositions team and support the team from a financial perspective and in-depth analysis to be based in the head office in Geneva. The organisation is looking for a high flier, ideally with experience within a Wealth Management organisation, or from a Consultancy business that is looking to join this successful and international team. Candidates will either come from an accountancy background (ACA, CA, CPA or CIMA qualified) with a strong academic track-record and a keen analytical mind-set. As a business partner to the Propositions team, the Finance Business Partner will provide analytical support to the prioritisation of products/geographies to meet financial targets, financial analysis and ROI modelling of new propositions, profitability analysis and NPV modelling of existing products. The incumbent will become the Subject Matter Expert for transfer pricing and the funding costs of the International Wealth businesses, will support the planning and monthly results analysis, support pricing decisions and price/volume elasticity analysis, develop product level profitability analytics and support business teams in analytics that relate to Group challenges. This is a highly commercial role which will involve extensive interaction with Product and Proposition team, so strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as are an analytical skills set and the desire to work in Geneva.
