Job description
Our client currently has a long-term interim opportunity for an ambitious and commercially focused part-qualified Management Accountant. This organisation is a market leader that continues to maintain it’s standing in as a market leader and has continually invested internally through out the recession. As part of this investment, the client has now created two new permanent opportunities. The position involves providing full commercial support and financial information to one of the Groups largest divisions. You will be operating as a key member of the Commercial Finance team in driving improved business performance. Duties include: produce timely and accurate monthly management reporting via Divisional Performance Indices Brochures/League Tables; review of weekly KPIs; prepare and review consolidated divisional budgets; provide commercial support to operations (cost control, pricing etc). You will ideally be a part-qualified candidate, but commercially focused QBEs and/or stopped studiers are welcome to apply. You will have a strong Management Accounts background and a proven track with strong business systems and Excel skills and experience.
Please note, it is unlawful to employ a person in a UK-based job who does not have permission to live and work in the UK. You should make yourself aware of how immigration laws apply to your situation before applying for any jobs. (Refer: Home Office Website).
