Job description

As a result of ongoing global expansion, this highly innovative company is seeking to recruit a forward-thinking Finance Business Partner. With revenues in excess of £70m and growth to £100m expected in the next 3-years this is a fantastic opportunity to join the company at an exciting time and make this role your own. Reporting to the EMEA Finance VP and working closely with the UK MD, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and management reporting for 4 of the company's business units, along with annual budgets, revenue forecasts and various other analysis. Additionally you will work closely with sales, marketing, procurement and other Senior Managers, with the expectation that you will be constantly striving to add value and contribute to company's ongoing success. The business is expanding into new territories and it is therefore essential that candidates are confident communicators at all levels and across many different cultures. You will manage a small team of 3. The successful candidate should be ACA/CIMA and have post qualified experience and enjoy working in a hands-on environment.
