Job description

Based in Cardiff, South Wales, this is an outstanding opportunity with a market leading Financial Services business. You will be responsible for monitoring and analysing the performance of a number of key business units. This is a wide-ranging role that will require you to produce a variety of financial reports and supporting future strategy. You will measure performance, produce forecasts and prepare both short and medium-term financial plans for each of your designated business units. Liaising with a number of key stakeholders, you will also coordinate the production of a monthly management pack for the Executive Committee. This position will suit a qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with a proven track record in management and financial accounting. You will have experience of performing investment appraisals and preparing financial plans for a large commercial organisation. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience of engaging with stakeholders at the highest level. A background in Financial Services would be a distinct advantage.
