Job description
Our exclusive client is a highly successful and profitable FTSE 100 PLC. As a result of an internal promotion they now seek a highly commercial individual to head up a Business Partnership role in their largest division. Candidates must have: a strong track record of taking lead in diagnosing business issues and working with the business to deliver performance improvements; significant commercial exposure, with prior experience of production/manufacturing unit costing and lean process disciplines an advantage; strong analytical and diagnostic skills – forward looking, not reactive; strong commercial understanding and acumen; excellent communications skills; ability to build strong relationships with business and Finance teams; strong influencing skills.
