Job description

Our Client, a leading bank, is currently seeking a high calibre qualified Accountant to join their Wealth Management Division’s Finance team to provide timely and informative analysis & insight to aid in strategic decision making, in an exciting Business Partnering role. Responsibilities will include: undertake the production of the month end P&L costs, income and KPIs; analysing material variances against budget & forecast; helping understand budget numbers (bottoms up basis); contribute to the preparation and analysis of information for the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting process, compiling reports and cost information to ensure customer groups are aware of their performance and any variance from agreed targets; assist with competitor analysis, product profitability reviews, ratio analysis, ROI analysis. The ideal candidate will be a qualified/part qualified accountant with relevant experience gained within another leading bank or FTSE 100 Company. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player and have good communication, stakeholder management and business partnering skills. They will also have strong IT skills including: Excel and SAP.
