Job description
Robert Half Management Resources is currently recruiting an interim Finance Consultant for a Private Equity group currently investing in a new business. This nice Manufacturing organisation has extensive growth plans and this new funding has secured those exciting plans. For this role you will be familiar with working with PE backed businesses and have the ability to build credibility with multiple stakeholders quickly. This role will be focused on re-organising the Finance function away from a family run business to that of a business focused heavily on cash and growth. You will ideally have automotive experience within manufacturing and be able to commit to at least 6 months. There have been a number of weaknesses highlighted within the organisation around the controls and systems therefore you must have a proven track record of improving these. You will be immediately available, be a qualified Accountant and have a proven interim track record.
