Job description

Finance & Operations Director

£60k to £70k (negotiable)

Figtree Creative Consultancy is looking to recruit a high calibre commercially focused Finance and Operations Director. Working within the fast-paced and dynamic environment of our Clerkenwell offices, you will be responsible for a business which currently has a turnover of £3m+, steady year on year growth and has planned expansion overseas to Asia and France during 2010.

You will be responsible for all aspects of management and financial accounting, producing financial information, including budgeting and forecasting, KPIs and supporting the Senior Management team through the next stage of planned internal/strategic development and beyond. You will contribute to strategic and commercial development as well as managing all back-office functions.

Ideally (but not essentially) we are looking for an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification. It is essential however to have experience of working within either the Media, Advertising, Marketing or Consultancy sectors. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills in order to build relationships with stakeholders, clients and staff and possess strong operational, financial and accounting systems knowledge.
