Job description
A sizeable Housing Association is recruiting an interim Finance Director for an anticipated four to five month period. The broad remit will include reviewing and reshaping the Management Accounting function and developing the treasury and business planning departments within the organisation. The role also involves managing a team of approximately 17 with five Senior Finance Managers as direct reports. Requirements: qualified Accountant; experienced Finance Director with a housing background and a proven track record of successfully achieving organisational change; highly developed management skills; Sun and Brixx experience desirable.
