Job description
Our client is a private equity-backed Healthcare group, which is highly profitable and in an exciting phase of growth with new acquisitions and a steadily growing turnover. They now seek a Finance Director to join the team based in Central London. As Finance Director you will work closely with the board and will report to the private equity owners. You will be charged with helping upgrade the IT systems and re-organising the Finance department. Your role will play a key part in further acquisitions and their integration into the existing business both here and in mainland Europe. This is a very commercial and operational role where you will be expected to think on your feet. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chartered Accountant (ACA) with a proven track record. Commercially-minded and with a proactive hands-on approach, you will be a driven and flexible individual. You will have dealt with acquisitions and the integrations that follow, and experience of working with private equity backers would be advantageous. This is a fantastic position within a fast growing company that is looking to expand and drive the business forward. If this is something that is of interest to you, please submit your details quoting reference TA-SDUH1. Please note due to large volumes of applicants, at this stage we will only be receiving applications via email.
Please note, it is unlawful to employ a person in a UK-based job who does not have permission to live and work in the UK. You should make yourself aware of how immigration laws apply to your situation before applying for any jobs. (Refer: Home Office Website).
This position is being advertised by an employment business in the case of temporary positions and an employment agency in the case of permanent positions.
