Job description
A market leading Technology SME is seeking an entrepreneurial, charismatic and hands-on Finance Director to help the CEO take the business through the next stages of its ambitious growth cycle. The role includes: creating and implementing the strategic 3-5 year plan; working with existing investors and identifying future potential funding partners; driving best practice cash flow management; ensuring robust financial controls and process are in place; working closely with Sales on bids; contract negotiation and structure; pricing; managing the legal relationships; company secretarial. You will be a qualified Accountant who has either an established track record of driving growth and business improvement within a SME environment, or an ambitious FC or similar seeking their next career step into a stretching Finance Director position.
