Job description
Reporting to the international VP of Finance, the Finance Director will be responsible for all commercial and financial matters across their multi-site UK operation. Specifically this will include: developing and managing their strategic long-term and rolling 3 year business plan; ensure an effective rollout of their annual and monthly budget process; drive commercial performance through effective management information and costing processes; manage all financial reporting to group and external parties (US GAAP); ensure effective financial control procedures are in place (Sarbanes-Oxley). Candidates must be qualified (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), have operated in a similar role in the manufacturing sector, and worked in a US control environment previously. In addition the successful applicant will have the requisite interpersonal skills to act as the driving force behind their UK operations. Our client is part of a significant international group, with a diverse product offering. They have a stable client portfolio and are recognised as a market leader in their sector. Package: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum plus car, bonus and benefits. Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
