Job description
Our client is a Christian Charity based centrally in Derby. This is an exciting, newly created post in response to the growth of the organisation. An excellent opportunity has arisen to work closely with the Chief Executive and head up the Finance team. You will make significant contribution to the general leadership of the organisation, providing strategic and operational direction of finance and management information in all areas of the organisation. You will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of an effective business control and risk management framework; providing sound financial advice to the Board of Trustees, Chief Executive and Senior Management team; to ensure financial control and ongoing viability of the organisation; to act as Company Secretary ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and providing support to the board and committees.
