Our client, Russell Finex, is a very successful, long established, niche Engineering company, c£17m turnover, and with a world-wide market base. The management ethos is one of solid, steady achievement, and it places a big premium on the continuity and in-depth know-how of its core Management team.
What we're looking for is someone who knows - really knows - how Engineering companies work. Someone who immerses themselves in the operations of the company, who instinctively translates finance-speak into a valued everyday management tool. The Directors work as an unusually close team, happily blur the edges of their roles, and act as de-facto General Managers when circumstances require. This must be you, too.
The initial appointment will be as Chief Financial Officer, with phased progression to full Director status.
