Job description

As Finance Director, you will have full control of the company P&L and be instrumental in the commercial direction of the business as it continues to grow at pace. Working closely with the CEO and wider group structure, you will be involved at the highest levels of decision-making and be expected to lead on financial issues in this arena. Your input will be crucial in setting and guiding the commercial direction of the business in a financially astute and viable fashion - giving fast growth. As a qualified Accountant, you will have the relevant technical skill-set to understand, interrogate and to advise on the financial health and stability of the business, as well as being able to provide the accurate reporting and commentary required by Group. You will be vibrant interpersonally with vigour in your communication and working style to fit effectively in to the culture of the team and able to drive enhanced performance as a result.
