Job description
ABPM as experts in Financial Recruitment has been instructed to locate a highly Commercial Senior Finance professional who is ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified who has vast experience of Business Partnering a supporting a Sales driven environment. This opportunity is commutable from Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Peterborough, Lincolnshire, Northampton, Warwickshire & West Midlands. Key duties: report through to Head of Finance; manage & develop a team of 5/6 qualified Accountants; in-depth understanding of the value of sales & growth of the division; liaise effectively with Sales Director; support commercial & retail to customers; set up financing agreements with commercial & consumer credit; budgets & forecasts; monthly management reports Capex; influence key business decisions with Senior Management team. Experience: ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified; experience of financing arrangements for commercial & consumer credit; proven experience of working within a commercial driven environment; proven experience of working to Board level; experience of working across Business Units & Networks; experience of implementing systems & controls; IT literate; proven experience of managing & developing staff.
