Job description
My client, an international engineering and manufacturing company are currently seeking a Finance Director to oversee manufacturing and business operations over various sectors. Reporting to the CFO, the key responsibilities will include: providing leadership and vision, and act as a business partner at the director level in the group to drive the company to improved levels of success; drive and develop financial strategies, implementing long term plans for sales growth and margin expansion; leading a substantial team you work cross functionally, influencing operations and ensuring full communication of risk and financial issues; ensure insightful analysis are conducted to assess multiple long term manufacturing projects profitability. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with experience gained within a large engineering, manufacturing environment with exposure to long-term project accounting. You will possess strong influencing and leadership skills and have a proven track record in strategic and commercial finance management.
