Job description
Our client a pan-European asset and fund management real estate Advisor seeks a Finance Director for its Italian office. As a senior member of the European Finance team and reporting to the MD you will have specific responsibilities for ensuring timely and accurate reporting, in particular ensuring all Italian entities (regulated funds or companies) are managed from a financial and operational perspective including the management of the cash in conjunction with the treasury and corporate Finance team and effective relationship management of external product services providers. The role will also manage all investor and statutory reporting requirements of funds and assist with corporate transaction, disposals, mergers, liquidations and debt financing, debt refinancings and restructuring projects, whilst acting as a Director of Italian Srl and potentially Luxembourg. To apply you will be a professional with financial, taxation and regulatory expertise and possess a technical understanding of complex tax and legal structures.
