Job description
A thriving Marketing Services group with operations throughout the globe now requires a Finance Director for its German business. You will take full responsibility for the region providing commercial and financial support to the Local CEO and Business Heads. Reporting to the Regional CFO, your key responsibilities will be leading the German Finance function providing key financial/strategic direction and support for commercial decisions, monitoring financial performance across the region and playing a pivotal role in the Regional Senior Management team implementing key initiatives and ensuring financial and operational objectives are met. You will also work closely with Local CEO's and CFO's across the region establishing strong and collaborative relationships and provide commercial input on the development of the region within a focus on growth projects such as acquisitions, JV's and start-ups. You are a qualified Accountant (preferably ACA) with a strong academic background and fluent in German. You ideally possess pan-European experience within a Marketing Services/Media environment as well as extensive change management expertise with superior communication and influencing skills. You are commercially astute with the ability to quickly establish credibility with CEO's and Business Heads. There are excellent career prospects and exposure across the group.
