Job description
You will report to the Managing Director of the business and be responsible for: enabling the business in conjunction with head of sales, head of marketing and the Managing Director to set goals for growth and ensure that those goals are achieved; running a full Function Finance team including financial and management reporting, cash flow management, business planning & forecasting, definition of business KPIs for the Finance function and operational analysis across supply chain; running the UK business and will report through functionally to the Global CFO; you will be the first point of contact for all external agencies including External Auditors and solicitors. We are searching for a candidate who has held their Finance Directorship but is looking for an exciting company to join to expand their skills. My client will only accept applications from candidates who have in-depth understanding of the FMCG/retail sector and all of the logistical and broader supply chain issues behind those businesses. You will be able to demonstrate both financial reporting management and decision-support acumen gained within an international environment ideally. Our client is a young, dynamic FMCG/Retail Business with aggressive growth plans and a novel success story which offers c£80,000 plus car and benefits. Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
