Job description
Our client is a leading Manufacturing business with an established track record. As part of its plans to further consolidate its market position, they now seek to hire a new Finance Director who can operate as a key partner to the MD and his team. The role is all encompassing, being a key leader of change in the business, with a mandate to drive a revolution in financial and operational performance to the highest levels of Best Practice. As well as responsibility across the overall financial and accounting operations of the business, the Finance Director will also manage the key stakeholders in the business, new financing initiatives and crucially must be able to influence across all levels and disciplines in the organisation. A balance of hands-on and strategic experience together with exposure to an international, leveraged environment will be essential, as will tenacity, strong interpersonal skills and an appetite for challenge.
