Job description
Our client, a fast growing PE backed consultancy/FM business is now seeking a new Finance Director with previous experience of working in an entrepreneurial, ideally PE backed business. You will be responsible for group finance, operations and group IT and you will also be responsible for a Finance team of 9. The successful candidate, in addition to finance duties, will also have a wider operational role in the business supporting members of the Executive team to execute a range of corporate objectives. It is likely you will have had previous M&A experience as this is a ‘buy and build’ opportunity where you will be heavily involved in acquisition target analysis and business case preparation. Previous experience working in a ‘people’ business with a focus on billing for time would be advantageous, ie consultancy, facilities management, professional services. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting business with considerable growth opportunities working as an integral member of a dynamic Management team.
