Job description

The company: a management services provider to the infrastructure market currently supporting and operating PFI schemes. Currently managing 13 projects, mainly in the BSF market due to their recent growth and success they are currently recruiting a Finance and Commercial Director. The role: you will be responsible for developing, with other board members, the strategic direction of the business as well as commercial support for new business development, commercial support to operational schemes, oversee the existing finance function of the company and project companies, overseeing the administrative and HR functions of the business and ensure these are running smoothly and ad hoc duties. About you: you will be a qualified Accountant however QBE will also be given due consideration. Experience of bidding PFI projects is essential and you must demonstrate understanding of the operation of complex contractual interfaces and the requirements of negotiating successfully with the Public Sector, establishing long term partnering arrangements.
