Job description
My client is an impressive business operating within the support services & outsourcing sectors. With a turnover approaching £1 billion and employing nearly 50,000 people they are an incredibly dynamic organisation with an excellent reputation within the sector. Impressive growth plans and an organisational restructure mean they are looking to recruit a number of Divisional Finance Directors. Within the role you will be responsible for working closely with the senior management team, managing a finance team who look after a number of major outsourced contracts. You will ensure tight financial controls, budgets and forecasts are in place and ensure the contracts are run to service level agreements and within agreed financial targets. You will also be involved in tendering for wider business and further commercial negotiations with the clients. To succeed in the role you will be a qualified Accountant with an excellent track record within a senior commercial finance role. Excellent communication skills are essential as is previous experience dealing in an outsourced contract environment. Some flexibility in regard to travel is also required.
