Job description
Duties: to lead the provision of a comprehensive financial service; to prepare, maintain and present complex budgets, management accounts and financial plans; to oversee the preparation and finalisation of the Group's Annual Accounts and work with the External Auditor; to manage the Group's Treasury function; to produce regulatory and Board level financial reports; to analyse the financial policy environment and advise the Executive Management team and Board on implications with appropriate recommendations; to select, lead and develop and motivate staff, including supporting their professional development by encouraging both individual and team development by providing regular performance feedback and conducting annual appraisals.
