Job description
Our client is a growing PR company that works with a number of blue chip clients helping them define their global brands This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join this fun and growing company as a Finance Director. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for leading a small team within this fast growing innovation company. You will manage the staff within the busy department to ensure that all of the basic financial information is correct and have overall responsibility for the financial controls in place. You will have regular one to one meetings with business unit leaders to present financial performance data and discuss team performance against budget and forecast. Relevant industry experience is not necessary but a hands-on, intelligent and enthusiastic approach absolutely is. This is a finance role that demands close interaction with all departments in the business and so good communication skills are very important.
