Job description

A private entrepreneurial Property Development company is seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Finance Director. As the business continues to expand and with a number of active developments in the pipeline and further projects being considered, the company requires a Finance Director to: enhance existing debt and equity funding and assess project and development financing and structures; ensure complex tax vehicles and structures are maintained and performing and to manage existing development costs, ensuring they run to budget and to deadline. The role will also assist in commercially running the business, overseeing the Accounts team and acting as a ‘confident’ and sounding board for the Chief Executive. To apply, candidates will ideally be professionally qualified Accountants with detailed property experience, be able to manage and mentor a small dedicated Finance team. More importantly you will possess experience of raising project/development finance, be able to understand complex tax agreements and have the proven commercial acumen to assess and bid for future business, including the presentation and submission of associated documentation. Please note that due to volume we cannot get back to everyone, however every application is looked at and considered and will be held on Trident International’s database for review. We will make every effort to reply to all applications, but this may not always be possible.
