Job description
Our client is a world leading division of a universal Bank. They are seeking an exceptional Finance Director to support a CFO and two Managing Directors. The small, high profile division provides excellent visibility into the business and offers unparalleled career opportunities and a chance to work alongside a talented team. Key accountabilities include: provide analysis and guidance to heads of business make the decisions that drive performance; partner with business leaders and key stakeholders in the decision-making process to fully understand business drivers and issues; manage or coordinate flash reporting, budgeting/forecasting and financial strategic planning; manage junior staff in your team and provide direction and coaching to them; presentation of financial/strategic/market intelligence analyses to Business Managers and production of analyses to assess business performance against targets; re engineer existing processes to drive further efficiency and create further capacity within the team for analysis and business advisory. Successful applicants will have an impressive track record of business decision support within Financial Services and be assured in dealing up to board level. You will have had exposure to complex commercial business operations.
