Job description
Marks Sattin is currently recruiting for a global PLC networks business; that is currently undergoing company-wide, business transformation. They are seeking several exceptionally high-calibre interim FD's; to help manage and deliver, several large post-acquisition, integration programmes. The interim FD will also be responsible for leading the strategy and vision of the projects; engaging in stakeholder management across finance and resolving issues during the project lifecycle - all related to the M&A within the business. You must be a qualified Accountant (CCAB), who has operated at board level and overseen large change projects, within FTSE 100 environments. Demonstrable influencing and leadership skills and strong technical ability, are prerequisites for this role. Network/Infrastructure and Telecommunications experience would be considerably advantageous, for this assignment. There is also the possibility of alternative, permanent Regional FD roles in the long-term.
