Job description
Our client is a successful and cash positive private Property Development and Investment business, which is now setting up a new UK based collective investment fund. As a result they require a Consulting FD to help them set up, advise on strategy and structure a new real estate fund and then raise capital and assist with the official launch to the market. To apply you will therefore be an entrepreneurial qualified Accountant with extensive real estate exposure and the commercial acumen and possess previous experience of fund start-ups, or have worked in corporate real estate advisory handling placements or introducing capital. A proven ability to fund raise/raise capital is key. Once launched there is an excellent chance for the incumbent to stay on permanently.
