Job description
I am recruiting an interim Finance Director for a National Charity based in London. My client is going through a period of change, this is being led by the CEO, he is passionate about making Finance an integral part of the business rather than a back office transactional service. Part of this role will be taking apart and rebuilding the Finance division, this will involve new processes, reporting and strategy. The successful candidate will have worked for another Charity or Local Authority. You will have a genuine understanding of the capability and rate at which an organisation in this sector can successfully change. You will be ultimately responsible for the redesign and ‘modernisation’ of the Finance division and Service. You will report to the CEO and will take a lead role in a Change Project team.
