Job description

How would you like to have direct influence over the public perception of a FTSE 100 equivalent consumer business? As Finance Director for the Customer Services business unit, leading a high calibre commercial Finance team and reporting to the CFO, the role includes; shaping the customer experience strategy; decision support to commercial heads of business; key involvement in supplier negotiations; business improvement across the contact centre portfolio. This major transformation role requires an experienced and charismatic senior finance professional who has demonstrable experience of successfully leading major change across a large, complex and fast-paced consumer led business. With a high degree of commercial savvy and emotional intelligence, you will have the potential and ambition to rise to the very top of a popular brand. Experience of significant financial leadership across a customer services environment is not essential however would be an advantage.
